Our Set Designer creates the look of the stage through designing a set for a production concept. This role is a combination of creativity and practicality as Set Designers must create not only the design but also make sure it can practically come to life within budget.
Responsibility:
-
Read through the script and work with the Director to create a concept for the production. A concept includes your rough ideas of what you think the stage should look like

Communicating your ideas to costume, make-up, props and lighting departments so that everyone has the clear vision

Have a creative vision and able to create sets from small scale to large scale

Building and photographing scale models
-
Oversee the construction and installation of the design, working with carpenters, painters, technicians and the Production Manager

Lead a team and distribute individual tasks to ensure you and your team are all working together to create the set within vision
-
Have a knowledge of set materials which can be used to create certain aspects of the set

Researching historical, contemporary, futuristic details to get the right look for the production

Creating effective designs within the available budget

Sketching design ideas to produce a storyboard

Work with ground plans of the theatre your set will go in

Director of Security holds a significant role within our organization, overseeing the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and measures designed to safeguard the company’s clients, assets, employees, and information. This position entails a strategic approach to risk management, ensuring that security practices align with the broader objectives of the organization. By coordinating with various departments, the Director of Security ensures a cohesive effort in addressing security challenges, from physical security to cybersecurity threats. Their leadership not only involves responding to immediate security concerns but also involves proactive planning and education to prevent future risks, thereby maintaining a secure and resilient operational environment.
Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to ensure the protection of the organization’s assets, including physical, digital, and human resources.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of the security team, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the organization’s security needs.

Coordinate with external law enforcement and emergency responders to develop joint response strategies and enhance security measures.

Manage the budget for the security department, including procurement of security technologies and services, to ensure efficient use of resources.

Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Design and oversee the implementation of access control systems to regulate who can enter certain areas of the organization’s premises.

Lead crisis management planning and response efforts, including the development of evacuation plans and the coordination of drills and exercises.

Evaluate and integrate new security technologies and innovations to enhance the organization’s security posture and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
We require a minimal Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or a related field, emphasizing law enforcement, legal studies, and management. High School Diploma holders may progress through ranks with relevant coursework in public safety and security principles. Advanced positions might prefer or require further education in business administration or cybersecurity, reflecting the multifaceted nature of the role which encompasses both physical security and digital threat mitigation. Military experience is a PLUS!
